Ciao and thanks for visiting our shop! We are a young craft collective. Please bear in mind that all items are handmade, unique and once-off creations. We ship worldwide from Italy, without tracking. Shipping price will be determined in accordance with the destination, if you are interested in upgrading your shipping method please contact us. We will pack carefully and ship your order to your address once we have received the payment normally within 2-3 days. We prefer PayPal as payment method because is safe and fast. We do accept refunds (if you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order) only if there has been an error in the shipment (for example if you receive a broken or damaged item). Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded. We will refund via Paypal less original postage charges. In the unlikely event of lost package, StudioFludd doesn’t take any responsibility for that. All personal information will be kept private and be used strictly for shipping and billing purposes. Studio Fludd does consider special requests and, if possible, will be happy to collaborate with you in order to create customized items.
